Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma employees and directors follow a published Code of Ethics. Our employees and directors are dedicated to following the highest standards of conduct by being honest and operating with integrity in every action we take and every business decision we make.

ANONYMOUS REPORTING
Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma is an organization with a strong commitment to compliance and ethics. Employees, customers, business partners, vendors and others can anonymously report concerns about suspected fraud-related activities, workplace issues, or violations of our standards or policies. The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors have established a whistleblower program to receive and handle reports.

Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma’s anonymous reporting system is maintained and operated by EthicsPoint, an unaffiliated service provider. The information you provide to EthicsPoint will be sent to us in a format that protects your confidentiality. We take all reports about compliance and ethics matters seriously and will look into each report and follow up when further action is appropriate. Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a concern.
