In addition to Online Banking, confidential loan information is also available to our members by calling 1-800 My Loans (695-6267). This toll-free service is available 24/7/365.

Prior to calling this number, you will need two pieces of information: 1) your Farm Credit loan number(s); and 2) your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your PIN is the last four digits of your social security number or taxpayer ID number.

To access your loan information from any touch-tone telephone, follow the telephone keypad menu, as follows:

	Step 2	Enter your loan number, then . . .	press the "#"key
